"Higher than comparable hotels and not on Riverwalk. Ridiculous prices for VALET PARKING. Not enough seating at breakfast! Turned away and had a bagel & coffee. Several people were mad about this, as well. Otherwise, great hotel."

The decor was classy and tasteful and I did not encounter a single staff member (including the Valets) who were anything less than pleasant, friendly and very helpful. "The property is beautiful! The pool should be open at 9:00 am, the guest doors could use a quiet close, and housekeeping did not clean my room although I was there for 5 nights. "

"This hotel is beautiful. We celebrated a birthday trip for my daughter and myself, along with our family. Unfortunately the pool water was fairly cold. Since advertising, you have heat controlled pools, we were disappointed since we chose this resort for swimming. Most people were jumping out of the pool after stepping in and stating the same. The hotel was great and we were allowed a late checkout to try the pool again, but unfortunately, we mostly kept to the hot tub. I think this is a 5 star...

"The staff here were all so very helpful. They checked us in well before checkin time and suggested an excellent room. The balcony view of the Riverwalk was stunning. They stored our luggage on our departure day so we could still amble about the town without having to worry about hefting our luggage with us. This place just gave us all the feels. Loved our time here."
