"Stayed at the Ivy Hill Hotel for a couple of nights visiting family for Christmas. An excellent hotel for a quiet break but within easy reach of London. Staff were fantastic. We had an evening meal in the restaurant and breakfast - both very nice. We were given a room upgrade and it was more spacious than our previous visit - very comfortable. Would definitely book again."

Therefore I had to leave my suitcases in my car when I had essential items in there. I needed it. I was very disappointed and they did nothing to accommodate. The girl working would not have been able to lift my suitcases up to fights of that either. I asked if some sort of benefit could be given to me and I was informed no I am very upset about the...

"My daughter and I (she's 4) stayed at the apartment for 11 weeks due to a flood at our house. As you can imagine I was very nervous/stressed about leaving our home, but I needn't have been. We have had a great time in the apartment. It felt like home instantly and we have really enjoyed the time that we have lived here. It has everything in it that you need.
