One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Very good location in Nuwara Eliya. From check-in to check-out our stay was seamless.We are three friends who stayed for one night. In the morning we came down for a walk to find some food, but the staff greeted us saying they'd been waiting for us for breakfast, as it was included! Outstanding service, made us feel very comfortable and at home. The owner and host was very gracious. Views from the property are worth a million. Highly recommend staying at Coffee Bungalow. It is a bit pricy but well worth it.

The room was clean and comfortable but the only let down was the AC unit didn't work but there had been a power outage during our stay so not sure if related or not. Staff very friendly and welcoming and attentive, would stay here again.

My two nights at this resort were lovely! The whole staff was quite nice and delightful. The rooms were large and the breakfast was by far the best I had in my two weeks in Sri Lanka.

The location is convenient and there are frequent buses to the nearby bus stop, so transportation is stress-free. The owner and staff speak English well and are very kind. They provided me with maps to show me many tourist spots and delicious restaurants, and assisted me in making my stay more fulfilling. When you go there for the first time, it is difficult to find the location from the outside due to the shutters, but it is located exactly as shown on the map and has a small nameplate....

Enjoyed our stay at Fresco Water Villa. Special mention of Chaturanga in the front office, for making it memorable. He was very helpful and made travel arrangements locally, although it was out of his description. Thanks Chaturanga.

My friend and I spent a few nights here and we enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and the hotel itself is within walking distance of the Kandy attractions. There was also private parking for our TukTuk.

This is one of the best place to visit if you are visiting srilanka. We just loved the hotel..it was more like a guest house but extremely clean and tidy. Over all the atmosphere is amazing
