The hotel rooms were okay, but the cleanliness of the bathroom were not good, we had breakfast both days, i observed the containers and other things not really clean, the pron that the lady who was serving was really dirty. The swimming pools were super small, in the picture doesn’t look like the real one.probably dirty to. It was good but not excellent

Property and staff are nice. Parking situation is not ideal even for taxi and tour pick ups. Food was great. Overall great place.

Everything was good , exept the thing that when we were about to take maya train we didnt have enogh time to have our breakfast , they should start breakfast at 6:00 am instead of 7 just for travelers that are going to tren Maya , thank you so much

It’s an excellent little hotel. The free breakfast is really good. Wifi was a little slow and no Netflix or any streaming Tv available. Otherwise a great little hotel.

Very Well located next to most of turístic places. All Staff members very kind and corteous Spotless room and bathroom. Beds were kind of stiff, but ok. Very high speed internet working perfectlly. This is our favorite hotel in tuxtla- it’s always cool and clean and the food is always good.

We were having car troubles when we tried to check out, and the staff went above and beyond to help us. They found a mechanic for us, and they also reviewed the entire night of security footage to verify if anyone had tampered with our vehicle. They were so kind and helpful, and they allowed us to checkout late while we waited for our car to be repaired.
