"Lovely location and we enjoying visiting this beautiful colonial beach hotel however we were charged twice for drinks consumed in the lobby and moved to the terrace area despite explaining to the staff at the time and showing my receipts. Be careful and double check your statements as they take your bank card and disappear with it. They don’t need a pin or a signature to take money out. Shocking! "

"We stayed here on two separate occasions. We found the desk staff very good and the rooms are clean and comfortable. We would like to see the hotel remove the small plastic cups of water in the room and replace with a filtered water fountain on each floor. Overall a good place to stay and very close to The Ministry of Crab. With regards to the restaurant, it is a tacky, bleak environment with awful food for breakfast. "Hotel has a very nice view, but you need to get a Superior room to experience it fully. Swimming pool is good with nearly infinity effect. Service and food is terrible. They refused to provide Ala carte menu if the buffet is open, so no room service if the buffet is open!!! Buffet is not worth the price we paid. Poor maintenance. Visitors are usually large groups, so hotel is bit loud, specially in pool area. The hotel is good for a group hangout, but not recommended for a romantic or quiet...
