"Our front desk check-in attendant was amazing. Unfortunately, we did end up needing maintenance for a "small" issue and they were nothing short of fantastic. So nice and accommodating. We made last minute reservations and were granted an adjoining room to meet our family needs. The accommodations were great...from pool to game room to lounge area. Would highly recommend...especially if wanting to stay in a non-chain type hotel. "

"After being on the road for 1.5 weeks this hotel was a pleasure to stay in. The staff were kind, the room was clean and very comfortable, and I forgot that Double Tree's offer warm cookies when you check in. I would happily stay at this hotel again when in the Denver area. "

"If i had to use one word to descibe this place, it would be "classy." Very pleasant staff. The check-in ladies were very pleasant and were able to give me some good local restaurants to try. The room was very clean. The pools (indoor and outdoor) where great and our kids had so much fun. Beautiful establishment. The cost of the actual room was great, but the only downside is the parking fee and the cost of breakfast. However, the neighborhood is a little sketchy, so I do appreciate the secure parking garage. Overall, way more pros than cons. Despite the extra fees, we will be back. Great experience. "
