"Great"

"Wen I arrived I was given a ring that had not been cleaned yet, they switched me to a different room. The room I had, had a funny smell to it. I believe it was the chemicals used to clean. It was convenient having a restaurant in the hotel. It would be even better if room service were an option. The facility was clean. Breakfast, I wish more options were given but it was good. I was able to check in as bit early as well. All together a good stay."

"The hotel was fine. Walking distance to the centre of Belfast which was helpful. We unfortunately had very noisy neighbours during our stay so we had two nights of very little sleep due to the noise they made."

"Sehr freundlich empfangen worden. Das Schloss im Bad war recht schwergängig, ansonsten alles super"

"The hotel is very well located and only a 5 minute walk from City Hall, Central Station and the Crown Liquor Bar. The hotel is modern and well appointed for both business and leisure travellers."

"Everything was perfect"

"It is well located to go to different parts of the city and for bus tours."

"Excellent easy check in. Lovely enthusiastic staff who made my three year feel very welcome. There is limited parking at the hotel so expect it to be full if you arrive later in the day but there is a 24hr outdoor one 5mins walk away. I moved my hire car to the hotel on the second day. You can’t pre-book as far as I know."
