So clean bedding, had to ask for towel change...I 🤔 they are given set amount of time to turn round rooms. There was a caramel colour substance on both bath towels and on wall...

"Staff were great but there simply wasn't enough of them. The lift was out of service or faulty and the stairs are great for someone with a temporary disability. The breakfast staff were very happy and helpful and produced some queality food and refreshments - thank you"
