My stay at Garden By The Sea was outstanding . The location is quiet, safe, close to town and the beach . The staff was courteous, friendly and helpful . The room was cozy and clean . Nikki is a wonderful host . Very professional . She was able to help me with all my vacation needs , renting a vehicle, banking , phone calls , dining , night life , etc. . Breakfast was delicious . I will definitely be going back .

Best vacation resort I’ve ever been to.

Overall my experience was great. I did not like that my room was filled with bugs & dirty. My air also did not work and they worked on my room for hours and they couldn't give me a different room. They did fix the problems.

Majestic Colonial is a beautiful place but for being Puerto Rican I was looking for some good Dominican food and did not find it. We had to go out outside for it.

I loved the location and the privacy

The service was nothing like I've experienced before, I felt like a king at the resort. There were plenty of activies at the resort. Plus, you can book events outside the resort and most provide transportation to and from the event.The rooms are very nice and modern with updated light and controls. I would recommend getting a room with a swimout pool becuase the pool close at 6 PM. With the swimout pool, you can hang in the pool any time. Im definitely going back!

All the staff were excellent. Only thing is Hilton just bought this property from Dreams. During the change over process it is NOT an adult only property. Till old Dreams client reservations are honored; there will be children on property. Shows, food, grounds everything was excellante! The scuba boats and equipment looks brand new.

The property was fantastic! The staff was hands down the friendliest and so happy to help with anything. Our favorite bartender is Edwin, at the swim up bar...his fellow bartenders at the swim up bar were the kindest people. WoW! We had the BEST stay at Jewel Punta Cana! Each day started at the beach- so nice! Water was great. Beach/water shoes were not needed. We got our chairs early, often before 9. They fill up fast! I loved doing yoga each morning on the beach- AMAZING! We went up to the pool for lunch. Carlos usually did the grill next to the pool- he was AMAZING! BEST cheeseburgers! From start to finish, the place was excellent. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. Food was very good with all the different restaurants, drinks were flowing all day. All the different pools were great so you could have quiet time or entertainment. Shows available every night, sax players, singers sprinkled around the property. Not really much to complain about, maybe the little trinket people trying to sell you stuff or the people on the beach if being picky

This Place is Wonderful. Honestly the service was impeccable from check in to check out ! Family friendly resort with endless things to do. We did a clear boat tour and did snorkeling as well as saw dolphins! The beach is wonderful as well. The water park for kids is a plus. This was our second time staying at the Lopesan, and our fourth trip to Punta Cana overall—and once again, it did not disappoint. We visited during U.S. Spring Break with our 7-year-old son and had a fantastic experience. While there are kids at the resort, it never feels overrun the way some family-friendly resorts can.
