"El hotel muy lindo y limpio todo me pareció bien, mi única queja es con la aerolínea de regreso Arajet, muy mala atención al cliente me cobraron mi artículo personal que supuestamente estaba free como un equipaje de 50 libras y era una maletica pequeña con cosas del niño, 83 dólares, me dijeron que tenía que pagar con dinero exacto porque no tenían cambio, mi esposo y el niño le dieron el asiento 20D y 20E y yo en el 11c les pedí que por favor me ayudaran con eso y me dijeron que no se podía, en fin todo bien menos la aerolínea Arajet muy mala experiencia con ellos, en cambio American airlines que fue para la ida estuvo maravilloso el viaje y el hotel súper bueno"
