"Amazing, pleasantly surprised, more than i had hoped for... worth it. Booking an online booking can be hit and miss... a description and a pic sometimes do not match the product, not in this case. A dishwasher, a washing machine, 2 bedrooms and a kitchen....a full kitchen. Sadly only one of the pools was open. The staff was friendly and attentive, the food was pretty good, the location was spot on and the coconuts were crazy fresh. If you go to Goa and want to relax you could do a heck of alot...

"Room size was good No power cut. AC was poor in one of two rooms. Food was average. Swimming Pool was clean but very small in size. Overall value for money ⭐⭐"

"This hotel is clean and close to the beach not to mention the lots of shops and restaurants within ten minutes walk. The hotel is clean and the complementary breakfast has a good spread offering choice of parathas and prepared eggs."

"This is s beautiful property. However, they do not have dining options around. I had to order from service, which would come from their sister location that had a restaurant. The property is also remote, and i would havre preferred to walk in town for shopping. For that, i had to rent a daily taxi, which is not cheap. In fact, anywhere in Goa, taxi seems unionized and expensive. "

"Terrible experience, informed no reservation on arrival at 3am even with paperwork provided, staff were unfriendly and offered no help to resolve. Took an hour until a room was finally found begrudgingly by the man on reception. Room was very poor, dirty and nowhere to leave any valuables. Due to check in experience, ended up moving establishments, would avoid and book an alternative"

"Beautiful cottages right on the beach. Luxurious resort with a pool, spa, restaurant, bar, all literally on the quiet and beautiful Mandrem beach. On-site parking makes the experience even more convenient. Will definitely stay here again. "
