This time there were two maintenance issues which the housekeeper should have reported before a guest is inconvenienced: (a) the showerhead holder was loose and couldn't be positioned properly, so the showerhead had to be held in hand while showering; and (b) the safe box was found locked and couldn't be opened with the code provided by the office. "A really nice hotel and amazing value for the price we paid. The location was perfect for us, close to the nightlife and just two minutes walk from the town square and basilica. Those who want a quiet night might wish to request a room away from the main street which can be a little noisy late at night. However, this didn't bother us and the blackout blinds were great at blocking out light. Poznan was a great city and if i were to visit again i would not hesitate to stay here. "
