"The owner and the staff have been extremely helpful through the duration of our stay. The breakfast were very good and the view was very pleasant. I recommend this hotel"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Andaz. Staff and the grounds are top notch!"

"Quiet and relaxing. Attentive owners and staff."

"We really loved the location and staff at this hotel - the view is BEAUTIFUL over-looking the lake and was the highlight of the hotel and they've created cute decks in front of each room which are nice to relax on. The rooms and beds are fine but we did have bugs (including a cockroach) in the room. I understand this is sometimes common in Costa Rica so we try to be understanding about that, but it did poorly impact our night's sleep. Ultimately, we were happy we chose to stay at the lake...

"Es hat alles gestimmt! Tolle Räume, tolle Anlage, sehr ruhig, gutes Essen, liebe Gastgeber! Ein perfekter Ort um zu entspannen!"

"A very nice place with friendly and helpful staff. The road getting there is a little rough but manageable. We were there in the low season but the place was still upkept very nicely."
