"Second time at this hotel since November. Staff is pleasant. The room is clean and I appreciate that. I did not have body wash provided in my room, and used bar soap, which I dislike. In November the pool was cold. This visit I was informed that the hot tub wasn't working, so I did not use the pool. Parking is safe and easy. The access to the hotel from Rt 116 is easy, finding it from Russell St is a little challenge. "

"The bed was covered in someone’s hair. Like loads of it. In the sheets. On the pillows. On the comforter. It was disgusting. Parking was fine. Air conditioner kind of worked. Front desk staff was great. The rest, not so much. "

"Breakfast was cooked perfectly. Coffee not too strong not too weak. All the staff we encountered were very polite. Check in was a little had to understand because of the accent. Bar/restaurant closes a 11pm, just as we walked in from a concert. Nothing within walking distance was open at that time to eat."

"Clean room but the thermostat did not work properly and it was very noisy and then I had to take the Shuttle was told to be out at 3:10 but the Shuttle actually didn’t come until 420 was almost late for my flight "

"Breakfast had good variety of choices. Staff were friendly and responsive. Hot tub and pool area was filled with adults and children the two time we considered going so not able to take advantage of that amenity."
