Great spot to stay, but neither of my navigation systems got me to the hotel. Look for signage, don't rely on Waze or Googlemaps!

This hotel is great! The location is right off the highway, making it convenient to get to many areas quickly, using I91 or Riverdale Rd. Breakfast is good, standard hotel food, but fresh. Hot coffee, tea, cocoa available all day and night in the lobby. The lobby is big and a nice area to sit and visit or to just get out of your room for a while. The mall is down the street, and Cracker Barrel, is behind the hotel, McDonalds, and Dunkin’ Donuts in front off. We stay here every time we are in...

Great place to stay. Very clean. Friendly staff. Loved the large room TV and cable service along with the free WiFi. We would definitely stay here again.

the room was very clean. i was surprised that no one came in to make the bed and freshen up the room during the day. The cost of the room was high so i expected better service.

Everything there was great except Christiansens taver. The service was ok but the food was terrible. I would not recommend this place for dining. I would go to McDonalds before I ate there again. We do however recommend Powder Hounds Tavern at the entrance, The service and the food were excellent and affordable.

One of the best hotel i been in my life. Everyone that works there is so friendly. From the front desk to the restaurant are amazing. The food is delicious and the pool is beautiful and the entire hotel is clean. I went from staying from one day to three days.

Kunal and his family were very hospitable and helpful, making my stay very comfortable in Great Barrington in the heart of Berkshire County! Their accommodations are quite clean and truly have all you might need for your stay and the price was also the best I found with good quality! They also have a nice continental breakfast...where I met a number of families...traveling for the school vacation week...to be close to the mountains and skiing. I was traveling for business so Great Barrington...
