"Staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. I had breakfast in the restaurant and I was greeted warmly. The restaurant staff were so attentive to our needs. They kept checking if our coffees need refilling. They don't stop moving around, cleaning tables. Such hardworking staff. "

"Indian restaurant closed which was disappointing as this was a determining factor in my decision to stay. Explanation being ‘they’re doing something in the kitchen’ but not communicated at any point in the booking process. Also never mentioned gym or pool during check in so maybe that was closed too..."

When we arrived we were questioned if we book the room via Expedia, I said yes and almost instantly the room we booked, a king, was just not available.
