"Quiet, good-sized rooms, very good beds, Starbucks on the ground floor and directly connected to the underground walkways and shopping areas so you can completely avoid the weather and still see a lot of the city."

"Everything from the staff, breakfast , room cleanliness was fantastic. I would have given Five star across the board but the rug was hard to look at. It was filthy, from the lobby lounge to the rooms. I know rugs are hard to clean but this was not easy to overlook."

"Loved that when they made up my daughter’s bed they lined up all her plush on the pillows."

"Everything was great! Looking forward to this property on my next visit to Japan."

"Great hotel and amazing staff! They were so professional and the location is a bit far from city centre but there’s a free shuttle that drops you off right in the heart of town!"

"This property is extremely well managed. The hotel itself is rather dated and during our stay the outdoor onsen was not accessible. However, the staff (from management to server) do their utmost to accomodate their guests. We had an excellent stay and enjoyed the service to the fullest."

"Good experiences on multiple visits here. Breakfast is decent, and there are good dining options and a 7-11 within walking distnace. It can be a little tough to get to the Niseko United slopes (shuttle can be unreliable), but I'm visiting to ski tour; so that doesn't really matter for my purposes."

"Amazing location! The grand bath was an unforgettable experience. Staff was extremely helpful and many are able to speak English."

"Very courteous."

"Great location between a couple busy areas but the block of the hotel is nice and quiet. Staff was great and helpful for English speakers"
