"The staff were all positive, friendly and helpful. A standout feature of the hotel. Choices of restaurants was good, but book the Inn. The hotel restaurant less busy but still great food and service. If you have the opportunity do book a sea view room, it just adds to the experience."

"This is a very friendly small hotel we used when walking part of the Anglesey coast path. Our room was clean. We had dinner and breakfast and the food was excellent. The owner was very helpful giving us information about our walk. We will come back."

Noise and banging throughout the night, from the dining room below I think, dragging of chairs. Bathroom had recycled soap dispensers with clogged shampoo. "Generally clean room but we did find a dog biscuit under the sink while we were there……and we didn’t have one with us. It was during a heat wave and had to sleep with the window open even though a fan was provided, this made it a little noisy at times. The Stsndsrd apartment with courtyard view location was perfect and the apartment was very clean with nice kitchenette and good sized bathroom however it was advertised as having a double and two single beds and when we arrived late afternoon discovered it only had one single bed and a sofa bed, which was extremely uncomfortable. "We were only staying overnight so it was ok for what we needed. The room did need upgrading and the mattress was uncomfortable. The parking was very good and the facilities were family friendly"

"We chose this property for its location to the ferry terminal however due to the noisy plumbing and size of the room we felt it was over priced and uncomfortable. Definitely too small for a double room more like a box room. In fact a 4 hour drive in the early hours would have been preferable."
