"The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim” Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. "

"We had a twin standard room so wasn't expecting too much, but we had a lovely view into town with the sea in the distance. The bath over the shower was adequate, the toiletries were plentiful and the room was small but perfectly acceptable. The food was great, plenty to choose from at breakfast and dinner was great value at around £33. The spa was amazing! Already looking at when we can return. Thank you. "

"We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel is spotlessly clean and my room was cleaned daily to a high standard. The bed was very comfy. The fridge is stocked daily with fresh still and sparkling water and fresh jersey milk. The food at the buffet breakfast was delicious with plenty to choose from. The coffee was good too. "Setting and comfort very good. Breakfast also good, evening meals good to adequate but avoid the buffet carvery as it was left out for hours under lamps and dried up.Overall would recommend hotel."
