"Location was fantastic, it’s on the Main Street and a couples steps over to the beach on the other side as long as you can dodge the cars. The interior of the hotel is designed like a 5 star resort, all the decor is up to date and resembles a high end hotel in Vegas/Hawaii. The gym had all new equipment and even had lockers available. And the Day of my arrival they told me that they only have the suite with 2 bedroom 2 beds or downgrade me with the suite of 2 bedroom, 3 beds to a smaller less nice suite and also $50 less expensive, but to compensate they would give us breakfast. We went on two guided hikes - both challenging and worth it with many opportunities for photos. We also enjoyed learning how to make Vietnamese coffee, the movie night on the beach, and kayaking. "Staff was so kind and helpful, very good english. We got am upgrade in room and of our requests were granted. The Bangalo room is so comfy and has a great bathroom which reminds a spa itself. Also tbe Songlo Spa was so great. Best massage in all of the 6 massages I got during my stay. Please make sure to reserve in advance as it is very popular. We wanted to do again before checkout but there was so slots available. Definitely going back again!"
