The Hyatt Vivid staff were excellent and they kept the resort spotless! Every evening they had Las Vegas style entertainment. We didn’t have one bad meal and not a single negative experience. We loved it and will likely go back again!"

"I had a lovely room, it is a beautiful hotel. I really enjoyed every minute there. The staff are wonderful. I enjoyed Spas services, I had two excursions booked through the hotel. I had a blasin at the cenote and parasailing. Every evening there was different show. I loved the Mescian show, why do they call it "Other services" it should be called fabulous seriveces. I would go back there in a minute."
