"Pristine is located close to the water front. You can walk to downtown and good restaurants are located near by. The place is welcoming, looks new, nice design and decoration. It is clean. Dani & Cris ate nice and helpful. Breakfast is good: cookies, bread, ham, cheese, milk, coffee, eggs... If you want something more rich you can go to the coffee house right in the corner. I enjoyed my stay and would love to come back! "

"This is a gorgeous hotel just by the entrance to Torres del Paine national park with outstanding views towards Torres del Paine. Popular, big and busy due to it's location but there are plenty of quiet spaces to relax and enjoy the views. We had a classic room with skylight mountain views, very comfortable. Wind noise can be a little loud on the roof when it's very windy (often) but didn't disturb our sleep. These are on the top (4th) floor. The lift only reaches the 3rd floor. Amazing buffet breakfast with lots of good quality selection and plenty to do in the hotel with the added facilities. They can make packed lunches if needed and also grab bags for breakfast if you need to leave early for a hike (like we did)."

"Breakfast every morning was lovely. Eggs to order. Delicious juices. Fresh coffee. I liked that they had water available all day long. This is a beautiful hotel with class. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Friendly staff. Brian was so helpful and kind. The owners have dogs that visit each day and I loved hanging with them in the lounge reading. The location is perfect. Close to everything so you can walk. So happy to have stayed "
