Wonderful hotel with great room. A/c works well and keeps the place nice and cold. Great restaurants. If you go, you will have a great time. My wife and I will be back.

This property was such a pleasant surprise. It ended up being my favorite stay of my whole trip. The staff is so attentive and you can't beat starting the day already inside the park. I transferred to Senda Watapuy because I thought it would be better with the pool but it was actually kind of a step down from Zirwa. Definitely would come back here! The only negative thing was the hot water went out. The staff immediately called someone to fix it (replace the gas) then it worked for 2 seconds and...

Beautiful property. There are several towers (suites, rooms and bungalows) several restaurants and each one has different menu). I did not have all included, so you will need to put your credit card for food, drinks, snacks, groceries because the hotel is cashless. Everyone was nice from the moment we got picked up at the airport until we were returned. There is great security agents all over the property, and I love the idea of walking on the trails and also having a golf cart available. ...

Very comfortable rooms, many breakfast options, clean facilities and friendly staff. Could improve specialty restaurants.

The bungalow we rented needed to be updated but it was in a perfect location right in front of the beach,all the staff were excellent , food at the restaurants were great, the buffet wasn’t as good as the last time I stayed here half the time there were no eggs and long lines for the eggs to be specially made, not a great selection, but all in all it was an excellent place to stay .

The breakfast in the morning was delightful. Every staff member was extremely helpful and polite. Extremely clean! Close to everything we needed!!

We always stay here when visiting Santa Marta 2 or 3 times a year. We love it and have no reason to look elsewhere. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the rooms are nice with beautiful beach and sunset views, the on-site Tamaca tours are outstanding, we love it.

We loved this hotel! It was in a safe area near the Rodadero Beach (5 minutes by car).

Absolutely beautiful! Will go back again. The views were stellar. The bartender, John was magnificent. Definitely a must stay in Minca.

The building did have a restaurant in which we ate dinner the first night, but it was less than impressive. We decided to cook more meals inside the condominium that was very well equipped, which made our stay that much better. I would definitely stay there again in the future.
