"I was one of the organisers of a reunion. The staff could not have been more helpful, everyone enjoyed themselves. The meal was lovely and the whole event went very smoothly. A lot of attendees were staying in the hotel. All found it excellent."

"Beautiful building with alot of history. Views were lovely from our room. Room was spacious, clean & had everything we needed. Shower was perfect. Restaurant was great with excellent choice, food was outstanding, staff were friendly. Only complaints we have was the bed 's' it was two singles pushed together, so uncomfortable, hardly slept at all. I would definitely return but next time ask for a double bed. Keep up the good work 👏 "

"great stay for Taylor Swift concert. only issue had stairs we had to take and drag luggage no elevator to our room only up to the floor. so if you have issues moving or hauling luggage can be tricky. "

"The hotel was just perfect! Caring and helpful staff, they guided us with everything we needed and was always very enthusiastic in doing so. We were 3 in one room and it was just perfect. Huge beds and all the amenities with high class. My teenagers were very happy :)"

"Only two issues. Both minor. Kettle wouldn't switch off automatically. Wouldn't pass a pat test. Unexpected fire alarm sounding at 5 am. Luckily it was canned immediately so not real but could have done without it."

"Clean enough but a bit tatty for the price tag. Shower tray had a massive crack and shower grout could have done with a bleach (or an eco equivalent). Sofa bed was not comfortable but I suppose I signed up for that part. The toilet being separate was also inconvenient as there isn’t wash facilities in that space. The bathroom was next to it, but still a bit odd. "
