"From booking to leaving the whole experience has been amazing.we had a very pleasant greeting and our room was upgraded. The room was on the first floor , very pleasant room with settee seperate bathroom , tea coffee facilities and robe with slippers. We used the spa and the breakfast was included i had porridge and toast with ample tea. My husband upgraded to an omlette which was tasty. Fantastic service and we were made to feel special. Thank you "

"Good location, easy to access with good parking. Building looks quite dated outside but is of a good standard inside. Rooms a reasonable size, large comfortable beds with a good en-suite with large shower. Great for a short overnight stay."

"Fantastic and spacious room for our 3 night stay with great helpful staff from the reception desk to concierge to the dining areas to the daily room cleaners. Very nice food and selection for breakfast and tasty bar meal experience as well."

"Clean, quiet room and comfortable mattress. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated within easy walking of Chester with all it's shops and eateries. Easy driving to local sites of interest, including Ness Botanical Gardens, nature reserves and historical sites. A great base for exploring the surrounding area. Hotel restaurant is fine for a more relaxed bite to eat. Spa service and experience (massage) was very good. Excellent buffet breakfast!!! Good value for money. I would definitely visit again!"

"Don't be fooled by the look of the outside of The Liner Hotel. From the moment we walked into the entry we were impressed. From the check in, the lobby, our room, the restaurant for dinner and breakfast we enjoyed every bit of our time. Has to be the best value for money in Liverpool. We highly recommed staying here."
