"I was one of the organisers of a reunion. The staff could not have been more helpful, everyone enjoyed themselves. The meal was lovely and the whole event went very smoothly. A lot of attendees were staying in the hotel. All found it excellent."

The breakfast was perfect, our stay perfect and I would come again. We only had 4 teabags in the room so had to buy some the second day but its hardly a big issue. "Location very good, easy to find and large multi storey car park near by. Room was decent size, reception friendly and helpful. Breakfast in Masons Bar next door was very nice and the staff in there top notch. In quite a loud vibrant area but we didnt hear any noise in our room Only downside was the price but this was due to Taylor Swift concert so everywhere in Liverpool was at least doubled "

"Great location , short walk to 2 local pubs so no shortage of food and drink in the place or locally. Room nice and clean , service good , it was a last minute booking as our car had broken down and was put in a local garage, so couldn’t get home , so didn’t get chance to use the facilities as we had no extra clothes etc , but would come back and stay again hopefully under better circumstances"

"Staying here was a wonderful experience. It has only just open a year ago. Was given what probably is one of the best rooms in the place- on the upper corner of the building. Ceilings look to be 16' high. Despite being on a fairly busy road, I barely heard a thing. Slept 10 hour nights, then treated to a free breakfast where the entire menu is FREE for guests included with the price. And this was fancy food that I personally wouldn't normally have for breakfast. Apart from this is an open buffet...

"The staff, bar area and room were excellent. However the bed was the worst I have ever attempted to sleep on, at one point in the night I was convinced the floor maybe softer. I achieved about 2 hours of sleep on the mattress and woke up in pain. "

"Clean enough but a bit tatty for the price tag. Shower tray had a massive crack and shower grout could have done with a bleach (or an eco equivalent). Sofa bed was not comfortable but I suppose I signed up for that part. The toilet being separate was also inconvenient as there isn’t wash facilities in that space. The bathroom was next to it, but still a bit odd. "

"Beautiful hotel We stayed in one of the suites with a balcony which was fabulous. Very comfortable bed, TV in both the bedroom and sitting area, everything of top quality and luxurious Breakfast excellent with hot dishes cooked to order. The staff are friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend!"
