"Cons: This is a tired boutique-ish hotel. The suite with hot tub was small (by American suite standards), the suite was dated, the caulking in the bathroom needed redone, the toilet ran, the balcony french doors were in disrepair. Pros: The staff was excellent throughout; pool, spa, sunbathing area, front desk, housekeeping, restuarant, etc. Top notch and is what made the stay enjoyable. The hot tub had good jets, but would timeout within 15 minutes. The balcony offered excellent...

"What a beautiful quiet hotel to stay and relax in. The staff went out of the way to help us enjoy our stay, from lending us an adapter when ours broke, lifting our bags up / down steps, accomodating us in the restaurant when we had not made a reservation, calling taxis that came quickly and helping us with parking . Gianmarco was so kind - he even came out to help us with the parking meter.! Elisa and Marco provided exceptionally attentive and friendly service in the Don Geppi restaurant - we...

"Perfectly located outside of Positano in a quietly nestled town that gives you the absolute best views. this is due to the family business taking great pride. They were very responsive via Expedia message and WhatsApp and were able to help me book tours (Capri tour was very fun and well worth it), book taxis etc. the hotel is walking steps where you can catch a bus back and forth to Positano. Much less than a taxi and totally fine. The food in the hotel was great including the free breakfast(...

"Gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage direkt am Hauptbahnhof. Optimaler Standort für einen Bummel durch die Stadt. Die Armaturen im Bad sind alt, aber sauber. Freundliches Personal. Reichhaltiges Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse mit sensationeller Aussicht. Wir kommen gerne wieder."

"The hotel is very clean and the staff"

"Overall, our stay was very good. The breakfast was excellent and welcome champagne and snacks in the room when we arrived were lovely. What could’ve made it even better: There was a conference going on when we arrived yet the staff didn’t indicate which of the amenities were available and which weren’t. For example we couldn’t use the indoor pool until after 6 PM at which point we were out and about for dinner So it was a little disappointing to not be able to use the amenities on the property"

"Such a spectacular view of Sorrento from the mountains. The team at La Vue D’Or is incredible. Thank you for taking such good care of us."

"We had a wonderful stay at Grand Europa Hotel. The location can't be beat. Hotel was beautiful, very clean and the staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. They made you feel at home. The breakfast could be improved. Other than that we would certainly come back again."

"Very clean and cheerful. I didn't realize when I made the arrangements that breakfast and dinner were included. I wouldn't think a hotel in Italy would expect you to eat in their restaurant every day and night, so I would rather have the eating plan be an optional add-on. Nice garden outside to walk around in, above the traffic. The only minor complaint is that there is no iron in the room due to "safety concerns". So, if you want to iron clothes, you have to bring them down to the...

"Café da manhã não incluído"

"Excelente lugar, ubicación y buena relación calidad / precio. Me encantó, volvería."
