"Very disappointing!!! I reserved a room (two months ago) with a king bed and got a small room with two queen beds. When I asked woman at front desk, she was VERY nonchalant in saying that there were no rooms available. She blamed Expedia for the error and told me to call them to complain. Then she suggested that I check out and find somewhere else to stay but I wouldn't be refunded for what was paid for the room. Being that I had to be at an event soon snd had no time to search for another...
