"Check-in at the property took an hour. Totally unacceptable! The woman checking us in decided that we needed to join a “group” for additional benefits but was unable to explain why all this information was required. Our group of 8, opted for twin rooms with two beds, which we got, but the space was so small you had to be careful where you were stepping. The entrance to the bathroom was 10 to 12 inches….definitely a safety hazard! Also, access to the bathtub (shower) was virtually impossible for...

"This was by far the best choice I believe by far. This was my first time visiting Japan with my family including a toddler. The place was very clean, spacious and kid friendly. It was in a quiet neighborhood away from crowds of people. The staff was helpful with directing where to buy necessities and it was walking distance to convenient stores and the train station. Next time I visit I will be staying here again."

"Excellent location for a 3 night stay in Tokyo. Staff were do polite and helpful, with taxis and general advice. Really recommend!"

"Complete set of amenities, restaurants, fitness, pool, library, etc . Very large complex, need clearer marquee to identify all of the amenities"

"Great hotel in a new skyscraper building. Lobby on 18th floor and room had spectacularly views of the city. Staff extra helpful and breakfast was top notch with plenty of choices. Hotel located in popular area and near train station. Hotel could use more furniture in th lobby."

"I’m Australian and travelling with my family. The hotel was ok for our needs. Rooms are small, from an Australian perspective. There’s nothing special about the hotel, but nothing terrible either. It was very clean, everything worked, and we got what we needed. The location of the hotel is excellent. If you don’t intend to spend much time in the room and want a good location, this hotel was fine"

"Wonderful stay"

"Great location for Shinjuku (best part of Tokyo). Really clean and professional, great middle ground between traditional and modern luxury. Onsen is a great bonus."

"Good hotel overall"
