"Alles was goed"

"Goede eenvoudige en zeer betaalbare locatie. Zeer geschikt voor overnachting. De locatie biedt weinig luxe maar in de buurt voldoende eet en vertier."

"Super zuvorkommendes Personal. Gute Lage mit sicheren Parkmöglichkeiten. Zugangssysteme für die Türen veraltet."

"What a great place to stay in Rotterdam! Just a ten minute walk from Rotterdam Central train station, over smooth sidewalks, so easy for wheeled luggage, and easy walking distance from Metro & trams, the central shopping area and the World Trade Centre. The staff at the desk, from management, to desk reception to restaurant staff and cleaners were all so helpful and nice - we were at the hotel a week so we got to know people, and for their help - for example, letting me use the phone & speaking...

"Clean room."

"This is very much a self service hotel. No front desk. Very little staff. But it worked out well. Excellent location right by a metro station. Waiting area with bag storage worked well. Since this was a work trip, I probably wouldn’t stay here again, but it was a good value."

"Good location."

"Voor 1 nacht is het goed. Alleen een bed douche en wc die allemaal schoon waren. Dit wisten we van te voren dat het geen luxe hotel was. Wel een ruimte waar je kunt zitten voor algemeen gebruik met een keuken."

"Great location, love the decor, staff was helpful and knowledgeable. The room was exactly as described; I got what I paid for, great value."

"I had a lovely stay at WestCord hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful. When I called for an early check in they were able to help me. Only slight issue I had was the room was a little on the cooler side which couldn’t be sorted."
