Krystal Grand Nuevo Vallarta – All Inclusive

"Clean rooms, mostly locals/non-foreigners but that may be due to the timing of our visit. I only stayed for three days but the Italian night food was Not It but it is what it is for all-inclusive. However, their mexican cuisine and breakfast is top-notch, no complaints. All you can eat and drink and it's pretty easy and quick to get a drink at any time. Quiet in the morning, starts to pick up at around noon but pools (many) are available till around 10PM, and there is a rooftop lounge/pool area if you still want to party. Staff can communicate well enough in English for whatever you may possibly need. Room upon arrival was clean though you can see some random wear-and-tear in odd places like the mirror or the not-working TVs."

"The food was not the best in general just the breakfast was good. The rest wasn’t. Also they didn’t have anything going on for adults in the night music till 11 and that’s it. The hotel next door with kids have way more to do. So wasn’t worth it"

"Todo el hotel está muy bien, pero los meseros de los restaurantes no tienen ni la más mínima atención y muy mal servicio. Si vas en plan todo incluido, “se esconden” de uno. También se me hizo muy malo que cobraran $200 pesos para ingresar al gimnasio. Las instalaciones están bien, la comida es buena a secas, el spa se me hizo de precio accesible y de buen nivel. Fuera del mal servicio en todos los restaurantes, y del hecho que alguien defecó en la alberca y estuvo cerrada casi todo un día; el hotel está bien."

"We had a wonderful stay! The property was extremely clean, well maintained, and felt very welcoming for families. A special thank you to Ana from housekeeping for doing an amazing job keeping everything spotless. Jovany and Abi at the Monument Bar were so friendly and made the experience even more fun with their great service and positive attitude. Diana from the kids activities was also fantastic and made the activities enjoyable for the children. Overall, the staff truly made our trip memorable. We would definitely come back!"

"I will start with the negative and end with the positive. Construction is way more than it was led to be. It’s advertised as closing in July for full renovation. There was no warnings when booked that there was major construction going on at this time. The day is full of construction noise and jack hammering of removing the patios of a section of the building and construction noise going on from 7:50am to 6-7 pm 7 days a week . They put on loud music in the morning by the building under construction at 8 am to try and tone down the sounds. . Alarms go off during the early hours between 2-3 am 7 -8 am every night . Pool decks are not very clean compared to other resorts I have been to . Maybe better maintained after renovations. I visit Mexico 4 times a year for 10 days at a time. Drinks could be better and more higher end liquor options for this resort level. There is some to choose from . Staff are amazing . Very friendly and willing to talk with you and get to k none you and remember your drink choices and always asked if you needed anything new drink. I liked that you can get as many towels you need by just giving room number. The lady at the towel hut was super friendly . Restaurant managers and staff always remembered my name and was super friendly. We met the operations manager and he always came to say high when we saw him and asked if we needed anything. He sent us chocolate covered strawberries and other goodies to our room . Food was good . I would try again"
