"Beautiful resort with plenty of activities to keep the whole family entertained. The staff was incredibly friendly, and our room was cleaned every time we left, making it especially nice to return to after a day of activities. The restaurants were on the pricey side, but the food was delicious and well worth the cost. One tip: I highly recommend stopping somewhere to pick up bottled water before arriving. Overall, I would highly recommend this resort and would gladly stay here again."

"Resort has a lot of options for all when it comes to food and activities. By far the beach is the highlight but can get crowded except for near the park park which is quiet. The hotel overly hypes the reservations for dining. We had no trouble getting in to eat without booking. Rooms are large and spacious. Overall be prepared for the higher than normal resort fees with service charges added on top so you just need to embrace the concept otherwise you may want to consider elsewhere."

"The resort is super nice with slides and a lazy river. Nice large clean rooms. Didn’t like use of glass bottles around the pool area. The JWB restaurant was good, food elsewhere is decent. The staff were average mostly with a few exceptions. The 4th floor Infiniti pool has great views, spa and surrounding waterfall needs a facelift. Could do with some evening entertainment other than just the weekend. I Wanted to like it more, but was missing something to make it special."

"Had issues with my AC for my room. The first time they were quickly to address and I was able to stay in my room. The second time I had to visit the front desk several times between 5-10 a.m.. I think they arrived around 11:30. I went to breakfast and gave up so I’m not positive. My room also had an access door to the room next to me. It wasn’t insulated well and I could hear the room next door whenever they spoke or passed gas. I was lucky that the guests in the room were quite quiet. ...

"The beach is well maintained, clean and there are plenty of chairs out during the day. The property however is next to a rundown building and smells of sewage when you first arrive. The food both in the all you can eat buffet and the dine in restaurants was not good, usually cold, salty and overcooked. The staff is pleasant and helpful, the rooms are clean but smell of urine. I guess you get what you pay for, wouldn’t return"

"The Breezes is dated hotel one of the older places in the Bahamas. You do not have a refrigerator in the room either. But makes up for it by being on the best beach in the Bahamas. Breezes is centrally located easy transportation to downtown or fish fry. People are genuinely friendly very good entertainment for the guests and great food. I would definitely stay there again mainly for the beach and the pool and great people we met."

"The property is huge and the attractions are spread out all over. So difficult to get to places. Takes a lot of time waiting for shuttle bus to go to different locations on the property. Extremely expensive for food and activities/experiences. Very limited in different cuisines."

"Sandyport Beach Resort was the perfect place for me and my teen daughter. We wanted a low key resort where we were treated well but didn’t have to fight crowds. We had the lagoon beach practically to ourselves, it was amazing. We loved Da Conch Shack which was perfect for afternoon drinks or snacks by the pool. "The staff were really nice and knowledgeable. They have happy hour 730-9pm for free every day as complementary. You just need a coupon from the front desk. Their breakfast is not the best. They don’t really have any options. It’s just waffles, bread, eggs, coffee and juice every day. The location is convenient. It’s close to downtown and excursions ports."

"I've stayed in many IHG hotels, and even though this Holiday Inn is an old property, I believe the staff works extraordinarily hard to make everything as good as it could possibly be. 😁.
