"Family of 4 stayed at one particular which was fabulous!!!! The kitchen and washer/ dryer was an excellent addition. We didn't return with dirty laundry. The property was quiet, a lovely private beach with access to the Waterpark without the loud crowds. I thoroughly enjoyed!!!! I definitely recommend. The rooms are large and spacious . I have 2 teenagers so we need larger space. I also love have we are walking distance from the the local fish fry. Also loved the gym which was a nice size....

"The hotel was okay overall. The food was great and one of the highlights of my stay. However, the rooms were outdated and could definitely use some renovations. The hotel itself wasn’t very large, which may or may not appeal to everyone. I also felt that the entertainment, especially in the evenings, could be much better. Overall, it was an average stay, but there is room for improvement."

"The food was delicious, The drinks were on point and the staff were great and friendly. I will definitely stay here again and I recommend this resort to everyone. The room was a little small but it didn’t matter because we were outside most of the day anyway. The resort is located in a great location close to everything."

"The room was clean and spacious but older property so not upgraded and the TV was not usable because it was not clear. There was plenty of food to eat but limited menu at restaurants so sometimes hard to pick meals. The staff however was friendly and helpful throughout the stay and I would stay again primarily for the staff."

"If not the beautiful and clean sea, white sand and warm weather, I would definitely say that this trip was not worth it at all. We stayed at Cove and that is the newest tower in Atlantis and it’s already very far of being new. Check in time at 4 is too late, you basically pay for that day but until you get to your room, your day is over. And we haven’t been checked in by 4pm, I got a message that room is ready at 5:06pm. The room is old, needs renovation. But the worst thing was the service....

"poor staffing on Sunday for the entire resort. The 3 best restaurants on the properly were "fully booked" the entire time we were there."

"Sfaff was very professional and helpful. Its family friendly. The bathroom could use little bit more scrubbing around the shower water faucet area, and the soap dispenser, it was very dirty cover in black mold. The room could also use a dehumidifier to absorb some of the mold smell. Don't use the wifi its very expensive, I got charged almost $100 after I complained that it didn't work very well, they gave me a $25 discount."

"The front desk staff were incredible. They were helpful in finding places to eat and ways to get around to various destinations. The breakfast was predictable in a good way and helped start the day off on the right foot. Staff were responsive to requests for towels/bedding. The cold drinks in the lobby in the afternoon/evening were a great way to cool down on those hot days. The location is ideal for navigating the busy streets of Nassau.
