"Great choice close to the airport and even though it's basic, it's clean and has hot water and a/c which is rare in Nicaragua. Definitely worth the price. They have an on site restaurant but the food is only OK. Convenient though since there's no other restaurants near by, so at least you have something. "

There are some areas for improvement, soundproofing is minimal, the pool isnt great and needs some attention, hot water in the shower and some touches like shampoo, free filtered water and fruit with breakfast would be nice and are pretty standard elsewhere in this price range. "Dreamsea Nica is a paradise. Located between San Juan del Sur and Maderas surf Beach. When you enter through the gates you are immediately transported into a lush tropical paradise where the only sound is nature. The staff was friendly, attentive where anything you asked for was not a problem. The rooms were incredible. Tastefully decorated with a big comfortable bed, and veranda. The pool was refreshing with a Tiki bar to make everything right Yoga and surf was offered each day....
