"Tv control missing back, batteries need replacing. Top missing off tap plunger. Hand wash horrible smell."

"Dukes head is a a grand building. The hotel is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. Our room was lovely, clean and comfortable. Restaurant was friendly and food excellent quality and value. Self service style breakfast had everything you would need. A variety of big name shops within easy walking distance as was the harbour area."

"Excellent place to stay in the centre of Norwich. Great breakfast. Dinner menu was good, great steak."

"Staff were very friendly, the breakfast was excellent and I had no problems with parking. If I did have a criticism it would be that the bedroom carpet looked like it could do with a clean and the vinyl bathroom floor had black staines all over it, making it look a bit grotty (room 18). However, that said, I would certainly recommend The George and it would be my first choice next time i'm in Norwich."
