"We had a great stay Really friendly staff"

"All good"

"The hotel was nice. The food at the Brassels was better than the Cruzerie (?). The hotel was pet friendly. The rooms were a great size and comfortable. Unfortunately, we couldn't do much as you have to book everything in advance. We were not aware that you had to plan ahead."

"We had a pleasant stay at the Harbour Hotel. The room was a good size, clean and had plenty of power sockets, which was very convenient. The shower was excellent, with strong water pressure. The bathroom, however, felt quite dated. The sink was very small, making it difficult to fill the kettle directly from the tap, and there was no side lamp in the room. We also found that water came out of the shower tray despite the shower having an enclosure. Breakfast was good, with a good selection of...

"Bar staff absolutely superb especially Stuart"

"Price is right."

"Rooms where clean and well maintained. Sadly food was poor, we ate in the restaurant on the first evening, one meal was over cooked while my lamb was very chewey. Breakfast on day 2 was poor, they said it would be cooked to order but it looked and tasted like it had come from the buffet they had just cleared from a coach party. The staff were variable some abrupt and others went through the motions but werent enjoying their jobs??!"

"We stayed at this property for a week the main person in charge Alex he was so helpful always on hand if we needed anything there was an incident which was resolved instantly it was a well looked after and more then worth the cost to stay the room was clean and tidy fresh bedding and towels any time we needed the property was well maintained and cleaned every day I will be staying here every time I visit Scotland and will be visiting again very soon with family and friends it truly was a...

"Very comfortable and spacious room and nice to see the addition of a coffee table, but difficult to find a socket for the kettle which was under the TV on a low shelf. (a really daft place to boil a kettle). It needs a little golden tea trolley to get to a socket on the other side of the room. The internet TV kept freezing, looks like a poor wifi signal. We didn't expect too much from the food, which was bland and forgettable and the buffet breakfast was not much better."

"Front Desk and Wait Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and there was a wonderful dinner menu. We ordered starters and mains and all were exceptionally delicious!"

"The restaurant is lovely renovated but the room are not the best nor is the lobby or stair aread bathrooms in rooms are tiny and not clean enamel coming away from showers paint peeling from the walls in bathroom"

"Beautiful and clean hotel. Room was lovely. Great breakfast too! Would definitely come back!"

"Really nice property in a truly special place. Rooms small but well kept, breakfast was great. Do be aware they cannot process credit cards, and didn't find out til next morning. Fortunately a friend could deal with it. Not so much upset with property but with Expedia for no advanced warning. Would definitely go back but would be prepared."
