"First of all heating was not working. It was cold all night. Secondly when I booked this hotel breakfast was included but they charged us for that. Overall experience is terrible. "

"This hotel was top notch. The outside of the hotel was nice, and the moment you walked inside you were blown away by the beautiful material, designs, art...it was breathtaking! The staff were very professional, friendly, and ready to serve you. The rooms were beautiful with a nice view overlooking the city. My husband spoke about how much more beautiful it is today. He used to come here over 30 years ago when the President of Gabon had events. We truly can say this hotel is absolutely remarkable. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal from the presentation, the variety of food, and the taste. We loved our stay here!"

"Sky casa had many perks- the shuttle was on time and effective. The check in process was great, some staff in the restaurant was very helpful and nice, and the location was clean- so were the rooms. Some cons: the AC did not work to our liking and the staff in the restaurant the second day/ for breakfast were not very friendly and the constant staring made my children uncomfortable. Besides that we did appreciate those that went out of our way to smile and make us feel welcomed. "

"Very close to Casa Voyageurs train station so easy to get access to/from the airport. Quiet location and clean, comfortable room with nice rain shower in the bathroom. Nice and extensive buffet breakfast. "

"The room was big and comfortable. The program card for the air-conditioner didn’t match the unit so couldn’t be operated, however that wasn’t a problem…come summer it may well be. Expect a laidback approach to service in the restaurant and you won’t be disappointed, otherwise great."
