Best experience here. Compare to Yufuin which one of popular places for tourists, Yunohira is minor spot but good vibe, quiet, calm and peaceful. Few private Hot Springs in the facility open all night, Bed room is clean and comfortable. Great staff service also best breakfast. Differently I’ll come back.

All the facilities in this hotel were very clean, operational, and fantastic to use. In particular, the staff in this hotel were absolutely amazing. They were the most friendly and welcoming people that we have ever met, especially the staff in the restaurants. The food served was very fresh and delicious as well. My mom and I absolutely loved our stay at Suikomareso! It is a beautiful home with so much attention to detail in the finishes that reflects the local craftsmanship. The host is friendly and helpful with plenty of great recommendations for things to see and do around Hita. I will definitely be staying here on my next trip to the area!

One of the most charming and unique places I’ve ever stayed! This was such a hidden gem and the location couldn’t be beat. The views are incredible as it sits right on the Kusu River. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful, the rooms were very spacious and clean. I would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Our room was gorgeous; the breakfasts were terrific; and our host anticipated all of our needs. For example, on both nights that we stayed at Kazahaya, he helped us select a local restaurant, escorted us to our choice, explained the menu to us, and placed our orders for us. My wife and I have stayed at many hotels, but we have never experienced personalized service like this.

Very nice experiencing the traditional Japanese culture, including the hot springs and the food. The staffs are nice and food are delicious. It is very relaxing. Even though, the staffs are mostly from foreign places, they still are able to provide the traditional Japanese experience.

Beautiful clean room, Onsen was great and so relaxing. Dinner was traditional Japanese and as good as I’ve EVER had. I would 100% recommend to anyone. We intend to return frequently.

The beds are very comfortable. All rooms have great views. Dinner and breakfast buffets offer many options. Highly recommended.

Very nice hotel. Location is a little out of the way, about a 1700 yen taxi ride up the hill from Beppu train station, where there are many restaurants, onsens, and activity. There was no food available at the hotel the night we arrived. Short walk to a convenience store where we picked up bentos. They provide a shuttle service to Beppu station leaving at 9, 10, and 11, and a shuttle service from Beppu station at 1, 3, and 5pm. Onsen at hotel was very good.
