Wonderful

Property was very clean. Staff and front desk were very friendly.

It’s in a great part of Lakeland, lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Easy access to I4 and other major roads. Hotel itself was very nice. Loved the high ceilings in the room we were in. Reasonably priced and the free breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel! Only downside to me was there were a few chairs in the room and when you had the pullout couch bed out it was crowded and not really any place to put the chair out of the way but other than that it was excellent!

Beautiful setting, staff friendly and attentive .wonderful experience

Beware DOG FRIENDLY...I don't travel with my dogs and didn't hear any here thanfully. It's a Very nice place NO PARKING FOR TRUCK WITH TRAILERS. Place is full I got the last room which is a condo practically very nice place. Bed is superb TV swivels so can watch on sofa or in the bed. Plush towels etc. It's $300 a night hotel not what I wanted to spend but it's all I could find. Nice place has fire pit outside can sit out with a fire.

Me and my family had a great time. Everyone at the hotel, as well as the restaurant and pool bar, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!

Friendly, attentive staff. The hotel is new to the area and accommodations were generally excellent. The shower doors are our only complain. The seal did not stop water from leaking onto the bathroom floor; it can be dangerous stepping out of the shower.

Easy check in. Helpful staff. Room has great space and even a kitchen area. Food and drinks from the restaurant were great. Breakfast was also good

Everything was good

I would like to add that Zee was and is always amazing. She makes sure that you are satisfied at every turn. She has assisted my family many times when we had to alter our plans, be it adding a night or departing early. Thanks Zee for greeting us every morning when we're heading out for the day. You make our mornings wonderful.

Hotel & room was clean!! Staff were friendly & great!! Staff seemed to enjoy their jobs. This was the best hotel we stayed at during our 2 week roadtrip. After our mishap at the beach, we were low in spirits. We got back to the hotel late at 11pm & we were so surprised to see our room had been cleaned. All the other hotels we stayed at you had to request for a cleaning service. They even put a mini Easter basket with treats in our room. I know to others this may not be much, but it lifted my...

Awesome the whole experience was awesome!!! Loved the hotel & staff

Great staff, very friendly and acknowledged me when ever walking past the desk.

The stay was great and the room was spacious with a King size bed and a large bathroom. The area was quiet and easy to sleep. The breakfast in the morning was hot with a lot of options. There was plenty of parking and a great accommodating staff at the front desk both morning and night. It's in a great location and easy to get to as well.l The stay was great for the few days we were there. The only thing was the bed was made a little funky one day with a blanket being made over the bed and...

Great spot. Friendly staff, very accommodating. My review would echo many others however, it’s time to make the investment in mattresses and pillows. For $183 per night, I deserve a good night sleep.

This was our first time staying at this hotel and we really enjoyed it!
