"The breakfast buffet was very good and we enjoyed fresh melons and other fruit, bacon, eggs, good cappuccino and more. The owners are very friendly. Our double room was fine but slightly dated. The ping pong table was unfortunately located in the garage area that had large mosquitoes in it."

"Good points - convenient distance from the town with a bus stop outside, clean, friendly staff, adequate breakfast, nice size bed and air con. But - pool was cold (as expected at the end of the season) ) and although our room had a balcony it’s not really usable as you can’t open the door fully and it is so small there isn’t even a chair on it but I knew that when I booked it. Overall a nice stay. "

"The best thing in the village is 3 pools. No free wifi - if you want to use it you need to pay approx 15 eur/ day. They charge you a fee to get the bed sheets too. "

About a 40 min walk to centre of Sirmione, but also good bus service for only a euro or two to the centre also. Good breakfast. Good value for money. Very happy with our stay there. "Fantastic hotel, from the moment we arrived we were greeted by friendly helpful staff. The reception area was pristine. We had arrived late in the evening but check in was fast. There is a lift in the building to all the floors. Our room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was fantastic with hot and cold food, breakfast was from 7 am to 10 am so no need to rush. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is great as it’s in the centre of town but was also very quiet. The bed...
