The front desk was helpful when we checked in, and each of the 3 times I called down for help understanding how to keep the AC on in the room, my call was answered promptly and the person was quite helpful. "We had such a great time at this hotel. The property owners went out and above to make our stay memorable. We had a spacious and comfortable suite that was modern but still kept the traditional coastal Italian design. The crowning was wither amazing terrace overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea. Also the breakfast was very good. We hope to be back there in the future "
