"El servicio y atención del personal es increíble, te hacen sentir en casa, pero no está padre que si vas en un grupo grande no en todos los restantes te permitan sentarse juntos, el hotel cubre todas las necesidades, no es lujoso pero si está muy padre para pasar unos días increíbles"

"Trato amable, cordial y respetuoso de todo el personal"

"This place is amazing!!! It’s truly an experience."

"We enjoyed the 10 days we stayed. There was quite a bit of construction/ renovation going on every day but we learned to deal with it. The room was very nice and the staff did a great job keeping it clean and neat. We will be going back in the future."

"We like the snack bar. Food was bad. We had to complain three times for hot water in our room. We had a card for energy saving"

"The staff are very familiar with us"

"They need to have their own transportation from the airport to the hotel and the hotel to the airport."

"It was a really nice place, friendly staff, food was fair, didn’t like if you are on the beach you have to go up to the bar to get a drink, should have a bar on the beach."

"Toda la estancia estuvo excelente cada detalle, el hecho que la habitación estuvi lista desde nuestra llegada fue lo mejor. Aunque si es bastante grande para recorrer no nos dio a basto los dias para recorrer todo el resort"

"Great entertainment and food."

"Overall everything was excellent, like the amenities the Staffs were amazing. Most of all our Concierge Amado was top notch 👌"

"The resort was clean and well maintained and has both quiet and party areas for when you need it. The staff were nice and food was good. The beach was beautiful. Would like to come back in the future!"

"This was my first resort experience, and I honestly felt like royalty. From the moment we arrived, we were treated exceptionally well. The food and drinks were amazing, the resort itself was beautiful, the pools were incredible, and the service was truly top-notch. Every little detail made the experience special. One little tip: Cancún is surrounded by jungle, so definitely bring mosquito spray! I couldn’t recommend this place enough!"

"Clean room, friendly staff"
