This property is situated right on the Thames which allows walking access to all kinds of restaurants and shops! It's also convenient to get down town to the center. It has great access to views, especially the Richmond View Point. A beautiful coffee/bar place inside the property offering all sorts of options! A fantastic place to rest and relax for a journey! Night life was also assessable just blocks down!

Once we found the hotel, it was a great place to stay. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Close to the train to ride into center city.

Everything at The Windermere Hotel was excellent. All of the staff members were super friendly from the emails we exchanged prior to my arrival, to every time I was in and out of the hotel to the breakfast dining staff. My room was cozy and quiet and breakfast (which was included) I really enjoyed. The staff is really the key to this wonderful hotel. I felt so welcomed and I cannot say enough nice things about the hotel's team. Thank you for everything!

The staff at Hotel Indigo were amazing! They answered all of my questions with ease, and made me feel extremely comfortable and happy with my decision to chose Hotel Indigo. The room was clean, and looked exactly like the picture. I would definitely stay there again, and recommend that others stay there as well!

Very nice hotel with a spacious room on the top floor. As a forewarning, there are no lifts! There is a restaurant downstairs that we did not get to try, but always seemed busy. There is also a speakeasy-esque bar in the basement. All of the employees were extremely nice and willing to help in any way. The Milestone is in a class by itself. It provides personalized "old world" service while offering every modern amenity The front desk staff is friendly and accommodating. The housekeeping department is outstanding; every area of the hotel is absolutely spotless. Those who work in the restaurant, especially during breakfast, are excellent. We can't wait to visit again!

Right off the subway and across the street from the most delightful eateries, bakeries is the hotel. Style and elegance upon arrival at this luxury boutique hotel. The room decor was fabulous and luxurious in a comfortable sort of way. The front desk staff and concierge were very friendly always greeting us as we walked by. The hotel is 2 blocks from the Natural History Museum. The location of this hotel and charm can't be beat. We absolutely will return to stay.

Great hotel! The location is perfect!

The Hotel Xenia worked out very well for our London trip. It was close to two Underground train stations and close to restaurants. There is a grocery store next door to the hotel which was convenient to get items like water for our everyday trips. The hotel room was, of course, small but it is London. Its my second time staying in the hotel and I love it. I love the decoration, the staff is very friendly, the location in Kensington is great since the tube is very near, its full of restaurants and not packed with tourists as in other areas. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
