"The hot spa tubs were the best part! Very nice. Otherwise it’s very run down and dirty. The bed was super uncomfortable and the pillows were gross and lumpy. The whole property smells like an ashtray. "

"It was unusually hot for March and that hurt lying by the pool in the sun. Just too unbearable. I did have a complaint, a big one. The air conditioner in our room worked but was as loud as an airplane taking off over and over. It was incredibly disruptive."

Air conditioner was noisy and thermostat didn’t work. View of the parking lot was blocked by a pillar so the room was very dark. No bottles of water were provided, no shower gel and no tennis channel in the room even though half the guests were probably there for the beautiful tournament. "
