They graciously offered flexibility with both early check-in and a late checkout to accommodate our evening flight, which made a big difference. "The pool and ocean view were the highlights of the property. The food was average at best. The location was somewhat isolated, you had to take a cab to go off site to eat other that Mama Mia's which was next door and decent. The front desk and cleaning staff were outstanding. The restaurant and bar staff were not as friendly. We did not do the all-inclusive but did eat at the restaurant a couple times and went to the pool bar a couple times. Each time at the bar the bartender tried to add things to the bill that we did not order, so beware and review your bill carefully. In addition the second time we ate lunch the waiter brought a bill that wasn't ours for us to pay. Once again, pay attention to your bills. Overall, the location was beautiful and the facilities, pool chairs, etc were nice. Food not great and location a little isolated if you are planning to do things off site, like eating out and shopping, etc. but overall we had a nice stay. "
