"We were sent to another branch of this hotel and the room was nice and big but had sime problem with the bathroom, we had shower in anither room"

"I'd stay there again. The dining area, semi exposed to the open air, I found to be quite pleasant. The staff was helpful for this first time visitor to San Salvador. Just know that there was no AC in the room. Depending on the time of year and what you're used to that may not be a problem. "

"We had used this family oriented hotel a couple of times and had always had a good experience but this time we had the misfortune of experiencing some guests break the rules and peace this property offers there was a group of people staying that brough licor into the premises and we're making quite a lot of noise we understand the hotel has nothing to do with it but was very frustrating to see the staff asking them to come down and they not listening it was very disappointing."

"It’s a nice quaint place tucked up in a quiet hill. This is a religious-leaning place where there is a hall dedicated to Sunday services which are offered Other than that, this place is convenient with lots of restaurants down the hill. The staff are very friendly and helpful."

"Staff was unfriendly, felt like I checked in to a jail. You have to tell the front desk every time you need to be let out or in to the premises. I understand security but it’s over kill, I had to make 3 trips for my luggage and it got old quick. They advertise 24hr front desk service, went out past midnight on a Saturday night, got back at 1:30am and had to call 4 times before they let us in.
