"Great location downtown. Elevator. Older hotel. Bathroom good. Small rooms Staff very good"

"The brown leather lounge chair in our room was stained with blood! Not just one but several spots! Ick! That chair needs to be removed stat! I think management need to inspect the rooms routinely and not just continue to turn over the rooms after housekeeping cleans them for the next stay. The shower had no shelving so had to set soap, shampoo and conditioner on shower floor. The ice machine on 2nd floor was out of order and our room was at the far end of hotel so was very inconvenient to get...

"The grounds, bar and restaurant are beautiful, well staffed and maintained. Drinks were fantastic. The rooms and hallways are very dated."

"Great location. Good price."

"Nice hotel, good location and very good breakfast"

"Room clean. Breakfast bar is just enough to get you going. Single floor is nice for disability. Parking good. Didn’t really see much of any staff, but everything deserved a 4 star."

"The TV's are very small and are not smart TV's so you can't stream anything."

"There wasn't any amenities chairs was broken. There was a business area computer. Don't work printed machine. Don't work. There's not even a desk to sit in"

Les têtes de lits étaient sales et très abîmées. Il y avait des substances louches sur le mur, les dessous de lits étaient sales. La poignée de porte de la salle de bain était collante. La fenêtre...

"Very friendly; loved that there was always cold pitchers of water in the downstairs fridge. Breakfast was good"

"Close to downtown everything was excellent except the breakfast could have been a little better."

"I’m sorry I can’t remember the name of the lady working the front desk but this is our second time she has waited on us and is one of the friendliest people I have come across while staying at a hotel."

"A lovely, quiet, well-maintained boutique hotel in a quiet setting. A pleasant main street of a few shops and restaurants just a block away. We especially enjoyed breakfasts at a local market. The hotel is well placed for enjoying the Finger Lakes area and is fairly close to both Ithaca and Watkins Glen."
