"Our condo was a lovely 3 bed 2 bath. Everything was clean and well stocked. We will plan another stay there in the future."

"Beautiful scenery, not as clean as I would have hoped, great space for the family"

"So many options for children.. loved every minute."

"Not worth the price"

"We loved our stay! Check in was easy, the staff was knowledgeable. The waterpark was clean, enclosed and comfortable. Food and drink being available on the property made all the difference. We never had to leave the resort unless we wanted to. There was some free fall activities starting from morning until night. We esp liked the outpost where we could purchase toys and souvenirs. There was an also an on site gem mine for a small fee. The reusable cups were great for staying hydrated all day...

"The room with a King bed was small, but adequate for our 4 night stay. We had the power go out in our room one morning and called the front desk. The breaker had to be turned back on and was done so almost immediately. A maintenance worker also came to our room to check to be sure that the power had come back on. We really appreciated the immediate response! The free breakfast was the same each day of our stay-no variation at all. Cereal, milk, sausage, eggs (semi-warm and not very good),...

"2 pools were enjoyed by kids. Front desk is too slow not helpful verges on rude. Food choices were terrible. In fact all meals were eaten there although limited choices and buffet used twice was terrible in choices and quality of food."

"Overall our room was comfortable and enjoyed the larger size compared to staying at the main hotel. However there are no streaming services in the room and the WiFi is terrible. We were on a budget this trip so we weren’t out spending money on Gburg or Sevierville if not at the pool. So it was harder to keep the kids entertained but we managed. Would have been nice to do a movie night or something though. My biggest complaint is the money grab situation. Everything is way more expensive on the...

"Staff was very friendly and helpful"

"It was an okay hotel but nothing worth the $500/night price tag after taxes. For that price, i expected so much more than what we got. This level of room was equivalent to a $150/night econo lodge. I splurged because I wanted a special treat for my daughters to have a girls getaway. The room and hallways smelled like cleaning solution, and everything was just… meh. Nothing to give off a $500 room vibe. Save your money, stay at a cheaper $$ hotel, and take your savings to go spend on the fun...

"The hotel is in a great location and not bad for the costs. The rooms were clean and the shower was hot. It was nice that it was on the river. Got to see the bears just outside of our room! Unfortunately, I don’t know if I would stay here again. The beds were so hard, felt like sleeping on a board. Breakfast was good and it was a hot breakfast. The first morning they kept running out of food. Many people were unable to go get food and had to keep going up multiple times as even the refills...

"Everything was great! We will definitely be coming back for more!!!"

"I highly recommend staying here."

"Nice pools and super friendly staff. Clean room and quiet!!!"

"It was disgusting!!! No air! Filthy room! Furniture looked like it came off the side of the road, carpet looked 20 years old, chair had slits in it, beds were half made with no covers, didn’t want to sit or sleep on bed, AND the elevator stopped working! Please do not put this back on your website to book. ON THE UPSIDE, I would like to thank the staff of Expedia for being so friendly when I called and relocated us to a very nice hotel, where we enjoyed the rest of our trip. They were fantastic...

"This property needs a good renovation, the location was good but big improvement, towels small and old, caroet needs to be change, front desk people needs to dress a bit more profesional to work there."
