"Due to location food and drink options at hotel we’re limited"

"Uh"

"Good value for money with an excellent onsen. Rooms are a good size and comfortable. The dinner and breakfast buffet is good value and excellent. Front desk staff speak English. Hotel is near Lake Hamana and is quite far from central Hamamatsu. Not many restaurants or cafes within walking distance. Car or taxi is required for exploring the area."

"Everything about this location was beautiful. The staff was really kind and helpful. The room was great with the inside onsen being the highlight of the room. We especially loved the cute little characters decorations outside the hotel like Kuromi. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at and would definitely recommend if you are staying in Ito."

"Room itself - mountain view bunk bed for 2 adults and 1 child. Excellent. Breakfast options good however only 1 child menu option. Whilst fresh towels were provided daily, room cleaning was only every 3rd day. Hotel does not facilitate baggage transfers to other hotels. Based price, I would have expected room clean at least every other day and luggage transfer support services."

"One of the most aesthetic hotels we have stayed at. Beautiful room, facilities and grounds. Very friendly and helpful staff. Many thanks to the Gora Kadan team!"

"One of the best outside bath with great view."
