"This is my second stay at the hotel and it did not disappoint. Every room has a balcony with a gorgeous ocean view. Large heated pool and jacuzzi. There’s no space to place a towel on the beach but it is a prime snorkeling spot (there’s a ladder to easily get into the water). The sister hotel, which is located on the beach, is an easy and safe 10 minute walk. You get access to their amenities just by staying at this hotel. The room was huge, great shower and AC, and a big comfy bed. Fantastic...

"Best trip I’ve ever taken, beautiful hotel room and such kind people. The hotel is right by lots of different food places and stores. The beach access is right by the hotels pool. There’s even an outdoor shower so you don’t even have to worry about anything. However would recommend getting food anywhere but the hotel. "

"The person that checked me in was great and the hotel Manager. Felt very safe, the view was great and the buffet worth the mney.However, the lobby restrooms were poorly taken care of, one is missing the seat, the other had moskitos popping out when I lifted the cover seat. The suite I got had no shampoo and a 1 third toilet paper with no additionals rolls. Is a suite for 10 people and only 1 bottle of water. The bar by the pool was closed and the bartender at the restaurant argued with my father...

"Everything was great"

"The day we got there we noticed ants by the front door. Eventually they made there way in through the front door and through the outlet to the microwave. I asked for bug spray maintenance never came. The ants were on the kitchen counters and coming through the back door. There was no ac in the main house only in the master bedroom that had it’s own ac unit was working In the hall bathroom there was no hot water and hardly any water came out of the shower. We had to take showers in the master...
